Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that all details, including your shipping address and phone number, are correct.
  • Order Processing : Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Locations: We ship to addresses worldwide. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including all relevant details such as street name, house/flat number, city, state, and postal code.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location . Estimated delivery times will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Products from domestic supplier - 7-10days
  • Products from international supplier -15-30days
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please use this number to track your order.

Address Accuracy

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please double-check your address and contact information before submitting your order.
  • No Liability for Incorrect Information: The Harappan Shop is not responsible for any delays, mis-delivery, or loss of items due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

  • Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other issues related to the provided shipping information, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-send the package.
  • No Refunds for Incorrect Addresses: Refunds will not be issued for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement unless the carrier confirms the loss.
  • Stolen Packages: The Harappa Store is not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
