1. How do I place an order?

Browse through our product categories or use the search bar to find what you’re looking for. Once you have selected an item, click 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy it Now'. Follow the instructions to enter your shipping details and payment information correctly.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), UPI, Wallet, and online banking. For customers in specific regions, we may also accept local payment methods.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our “Track Order” page or directly through the carrier's website to see the current status of your shipment.

4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 5-days return policy on most items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 5 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that some items, such as perishable goods or custom orders, may not be eligible for return. (See our Return Policy)

5. How do I return an item?

Step 1-Sign into new customer account by clicking profile icon on top-right of our online store using you email Id, we will send you a 6 digit verification code.

Step 2- Open your email Id which you have entered and copy a 6-digit verification code.

Step 3- Go to the online-store again and paste a 6-digit verification code and continue.

Step 4- Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If you order has more than one item, then select the item that you want to return,

Step 5- Select the return reason and add a note for the store.

Step 6- Click “Submit Return”

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, you may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

During checkout, enter your discount code in the designated box and click “Apply.” The discount will be applied to your total amount. Please ensure that the code is valid and has not expired.

10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at support@harappa.store within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

To update your account information, log in to your account and go to the “Account Settings” or “Profile” section. From there, you can update your email address, password, shipping address, and other personal details.
