Returns & Refunds

 

At The Harappa Store, we are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

We have a 5-days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return 

 

Note:

 A flat rate Rs.85 will be charged if you are eligible for the return. Please read the eligibility criteria for the return carefully.

 

 

Eligibility

1) Products that are physically damaged, defective, has missing part or are different from their description in the product details page are eligible for return. 

 

2) Returns due to customer errors such as ordering the wrong size, color, or product, or providing incorrect shipping information, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

 

3) Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, personal hygiene, flowers, or plants, beauty products, Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

4) Refunds will not be issued for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please double-check your address and contact information before submitting your order.

 

5) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

6) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

 

How to return an item:

 

Step 1-Sign into new customer account by clicking profile icon on top-right of our online store using you email Id, we will send you a 6 digit verification code.

Step 2- Open your email Id which you have entered and copy a 6-digit verification code.

Step 3- Go to the online-store again and paste a 6-digit verification code and continue.

Step 4- Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If you order has more than one item, then select the item that you want to return,

Step 5- Select the return reason and add a note for the store.

Step 6- Click “Submit Return”

 

 

 

Refunds

 

 If your return is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and return shipping label. After the product is returned, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please specify your preference when contacting our customer support team at support@harappa.store We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request, subject to availability.

Exceptions:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, personal hygiene, flowers, or plants, beauty products, Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement unless the carrier confirms the loss.

Stolen Packages: The Harappa Store is not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Damages and issues please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
